SOMAGUE Group is formed by several Portuguese companies operating in the engineering, railway and port construction, water and energy concessions and real estate sectors.

SOMAGUE – Sociedade de Construções, S.A. plays a crucial role in consulting, design, operation, maintenance and concession management.

This book was created to commemorate the conclusion of approximately 50 projects in more than 20 municipalities over four years. These developments totalling around 5,000 housing units are spread across various regions of Portugal, from the Portuguese mainland to the islands. They are cost-controlled housing developments, intended for social housing, with the aim of promoting well-being, the quality of life of communities and social integration.

MOTE

The brief for creating this book was clear. As it wasn’t just a “technical” book, it was extremely important to emphasise, in a simple and attractive way, the aesthetic approach adopted by the various architectural firms involved in the development of each project.
