INTRO
The company operates in various business areas of the construction industry, such as public and private works, building, purchasing and selling rural and urban buildings, property development, operation, management and rental of real estate.
MOTE
creation of a robust, structured and balanced graphic identity that emphasised a simple but solid image.
The inspiration for this idea emerged during my research, when I came across photographs of an iceberg. At first glance, our mind tends to perceive a floating structure that appears fragile. However, upon closer inspection, this “icy mass” reveals itself to be remarkably solid in form.
Applying the Freudian concept of the unconscious, we can deduce that, similar to the human mind, this mass has a solid base that extends below the surface, invisible to the eye but undeniably present.
CHALLENGE
To develop the entire branding and communication strategy with the aim of capturing the essence of this concept: Solid Foundation. The visual identity combines colours such as black and orange, providing a feeling of robustness and freshness at the same time.
